iPad Stuck on the Apple Logo Screen - How to Fix it

When I turn on my iPad, it comes up to the apple logo screen and keeps still in that way, I can do nothing with it any more, it even won’t connect to iTunes or my computer, anyone helps? I do admire your tips.
