Why do I need to keep iTunes installed on my computer when using iOS Transfer
You need to make sure that iTunes is installed on your computer when using this program.
Because when you use the software, it needs certain data from your iTunes. If the iTunes is uninstalled on your computer, then the button of "to iTunes" will be unavailable, and the device won't be recognized by our program, neither.
Why the program can't recognize my iOS devices What should I do
The following reasons may cause program can't recognize your device:
1) iTunes is not installed properly, so the device is not detected by iTunes.
2) Apple Mobile Device service is not started.
3) The password of the screen is locked and the device doesn't have trust authority.
4) The iOS version is lower than iOS 5.0.
5) iCloud is open when you connect the device with the computer.
To fix it, you can check if the device can be detected by iTunes.
First, you need to check the version of iTunes is the latest one before connecting your iDevice to computer. After that, you can open the iTunes and make sure that your iTunes can recognize your devices first. Then connect the iDevice to computer via cable, your computer will detect your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch automatically.
What is the difference between trial version and registered version?
The trial version and registered version is basically the same product, except that there are quite a few limitations on the former version:
you can only transfer 3 messages and 3 contacts, export 30 multimedia files and 20 photos.
Besides, the trial version will be expired after 30 days.The above limitations will be unlocked after you purchasing the full version.
How to register iOS Transfer to get the full version?
